Flash is one of the great new tools on the wedsite design front, this page use's 2 different flash icon the email one at the top of the page and the bouncing text further down.
If you use too much flash design there is problem with getting your site to come up on the search engines, as far as I know the Googlebot and overture search system can not read flash content well enough, so if a site use's a large amount of flash content it may come up wrongly.
