There are also constant changes to scripting enviroment such as java script and vb script, there are now automatic scripts such as CSS(cascading style sheets) and RSS (real simple script) and the blogging scripts.

Is E-Commerce the Future...

Talking to another consultant on a trading site, she came out with this....

"With in 5 year's 80% of all sales will be online partially or completely."

This is a view of someone who make money purely on e-commerce website sales, so the view is biased. One thing to say with all this is that the amount of items that we sell online is going to increase substainsially.
This is not to say that a website has to trade online with certain item just being advertised online, then the real work being done of line. The type of things that i am talking about are such as construction, where your site shows your companise capability, but will not show exactly what your customer will recieve, that is done off line but the first point of contact was online.
